EMEA Leaders


Richard joined Allscripts in 2016 and has led our Professional Services teams across the globe. Richard has over 30 years of extensive experience in delivery of complex implementations of healthcare systems and solutions, in multiple countries and also in the delivery of high quality consulting and strategy projects.
Prior to joining Allscripts, Richard worked for Dell and Cerner in UK, Saudi Arabia and across Europe. Richard started his career as a Medical Technologist working in diagnostic laboratories in the UK National Health Service. He holds a Master of Science degree in Intelligent Systems, from Brunel University.


Paula leads strategic Services and is accountable for every Implementation within the UK, with a proven track record and reputation for successful delivery.
Paula joined Allscripts in 2015 with over 23 years of IT industry experience, in a variety of areas, including business analysis, global product management, delivery, and organisational strategy. Paula joined Allscripts from CSC, where she held a variety of increasingly responsible executive positions in the UK and Globally, including Head of Lorenzo Deployment and Global Product Manager (for the all the healthcare portfolio outside of Lorenzo). Paula has over 14 years healthcare IT industry expertise, primarily in delivery roles.


Joining Allscripts in 2013, James has experience in many areas of the business including implementation, sales and solutions. Starting his role as Head of Solutions in June 2018, James has responsibility for ensuring the Allscripts solution portfolio meets the needs of the market and clients in the UK.
James has a background in Pharmacy, working in the NHS and several major solution providers of medicines management solutions. Joining iSoft in 2009, worked as a project manager and in solution management roles for new market entry systems.
Corporate Leadership


Paul Black is the chief executive officer and a director of Allscripts. As CEO, Paul guides the company’s vision to fulfill its global commitment to build Open, connected communities of health.
Prior to joining Allscripts in 2012, Paul spent more than 13 years with Cerner Corporation in various executive positions, retiring as Cerner’s chief operating officer in 2007. Paul’s career started with IBM Corporation where he spent 12 years in a variety of leadership positions in sales, product marketing and professional services.
Paul has served on multiple publicly traded, private company and nonprofit boards of directors for companies in healthcare information technology, patient monitoring, healthcare services, health care delivery, healthcare device and consumer Internet marketing.
In Kansas City, Paul spent 16 years as chairman and as an executive officer of Truman Medical Centers, an academic safety net health system. He currently is on the board(s) of The Advancement Board University of Kansas Health System and the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Iowa.


As president of Allscripts, Rick Poulton is responsible for day-to-day operations of all business units. Rick initially joined Allscripts in 2012 as chief financial officer to oversee the company’s financial operations, business development and strategy.
Rick served as the chief financial officer and treasurer for AAR Corp. after joining the company in 2006 as vice president of acquisitions and strategic investment. He spent more than ten years at UAL Corporation in progressively more senior financial and business development roles, including senior vice president of business development as well as president and CFO of the company's loyalty services subsidiary. He also served as vice president of finance for online retailer Ourhouse.com. Rick began his career in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen & Co., LLP, where he held multiple increasingly responsible positions.
Rick has served on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, with honors, from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration, with concentrations in strategy and finance, from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.


Elliott Bryant is Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Classic Client Solution business unit at Allscripts. In his current role, Elliott provides leadership and has responsibility for the P&L, Product Development, Services, Support and Solutions Management for a portfolio of Revenue Cycle, ERP and Surgery solutions.
Elliott held similar VP/GM type roles at McKesson prior to the acquisition of the EIS business unit by Allscripts. Elliott also enjoyed a distinguished career at AT&T where he led the Product Management group for the Consumer Broadband business. During Elliott’s tenure at AT&T, he also held roles in Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Strategy.
Elliott is a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a degree in Business Administration, holds a Master of Science Degree in Leadership & Business Ethics from Duquesne University and has completed the Executive Management Program at Dartmouth College.
Elliott is very active in the community and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte and the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Educational Success.


Erikka Buracchio is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Allscripts. She is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for all aspects of HR, people and culture globally. This includes benefits and wellness, compensation, employee relations, retention strategies, talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, HR business partners, performance management and HR operations.
She began her career in medical and pharmaceutical sales with companies like Bayer and Teleflex. She has led client support teams and has 20 years of management experience with high-growth technology companies. Her more than 10 years of strategic human resource experience with NTT, a large established public global technology company, gave her the opportunity to lead a team of HR professionals and to be the advocate for employee engagement, creativity, diversity, collaboration, inclusion, meritocracy, accountability and transparency.
She earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Penn State University and has held her PHR certification since 2012. She is a very active member of the HR community.


Rich Elmore is responsible for corporate development and strategy at Allscripts. In that capacity, he has driven new initiatives through acquisitions and innovations related to delivery system reform, hospital solutions, health analytics, care coordination, population health, health information exchange, post-acute care, health plan solutions and patient/consumer engagement. During a one-year leave of absence from Allscripts, he served as Standards Coordinator for the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), setting interoperability standards now widely deployed in clinical settings in the U.S. Previously, Rich ran the IDX Flowcast Hospital business and prior to that was Vice President of Product Development for IDX Flowcast.
Rich served on ONC’s Health Information Technology Standards Federal Advisory Committee. He also co-chaired the ONC Interoperability Standards Advisory Task Force and the ONC Content Standards Workgroup. Rich currently serves on the Board of Directors of VITL, Vermont’s legislatively designated health information exchange. He also serves on the board of directors for several private health information technology and services companies. He has degrees from Dartmouth College (BA) and New School University (MA Economics).


Alan Fowles is president of Allscripts International, with responsibility for operations and business development. With more than 30 years in global healthcare, he has extensive experience driving growth and developing leaders for healthcare technology companies.
Before joining Allscripts in December 2016, Alan served as senior vice president and general manager of Nuance Communications, leading its international healthcare business. Previously, he held increasingly responsible positions at Cerner Corporation, culminating in his role as vice president and managing director for EMEA and vice president in Europe.
Originally a clinician, Alan held a variety of senior hospital management and clinical positions within the United Kingdom and Scandinavia. He holds an Executive MBA from Ashridge Management College, affiliated with City University, London.


Assaf Halevy is the founder and chief executive officer of 2bPrecise, LLC, leading an international team dedicated to bridging the final mile between the science of genomics and making that data useful at the point of care.
He joined Allscripts as senior vice president of products and business development in 2013 when the company acquired Israel-based dbMotion. An initial inventor and co-founder of dbMotion, Halevy helped develop the leading clinical integration and population health management platforms in the industry today. With 13 patents pending in the areas of actionable clinical integration, interoperability and precision medicine, Halevy leverages his industry expertise by evaluating strategic alliances and partnerships for U.S. and international markets. Halevy was invited to participate in several U.S. government activities and contribute in an HHS privacy committee task force. In 2016, he was part of a small selective group of executives invited to the White House by Vice President Joe Biden to discuss the future of interoperability.
Halevy holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in computer science from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa and Tel Aviv University, as well as Genomics and Genetics certification from Stanford University.


Jim Hewitt leads the Solutions Development organization, driving the company’s strategic technology development vision. He focuses on creating a world-class development organization to deliver both key product requirements and innovation.


Leah is responsible for the Ambulatory business unit, which oversees the development and client deployment of ambulatory-focused EHRs and financial systems, as well as Allscripts® Revenue Cycle Management Services and Allscripts population health assets for independent physicians. Leah has worked in the technology industry for more than 20 years, gaining experience in complex and creative negotiations, sales support systems and workflows, technical accounting and team leadership.
Prior to her current role, Leah led Global Sales Operations at Allscripts, a role in which she collaborated with clients, partners and internal teams to achieve successful relationships and respective performance goals. She is involved in various cross-functional leadership teams such as Pricing Committee and Allscripts Women’s Experience (AWE). She holds an advisory role on the board for Conversa Health, an Allscripts solution partner.
Before joining Allscripts, she held various leadership roles at Infor Global Solutions, Georgia-Pacific, MedQuist and Radiant Systems. Leah graduated with honors from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia.


Lisa Khorey is the executive vice president, chief client delivery officer for Allscripts Healthcare Solutions. Lisa leads all aspects of delivering Allscripts solutions to its clients, including professional services, managed services, solutions management, development, support and hosting.
Before joining Allscripts, Lisa was an executive director in Ernst & Young’s (EY’s) Healthcare Advisory Services Practice, specializing in analytics. Serving EY’s largest clients across the US and Australia, she led teams to deliver client business transformation projects, manage benefits realization and provide analytics as a service.
Lisa spent 20 years in a variety of technology leadership roles at UPMC, one of the largest integrated delivery and financing organizations in the US. Lisa spearheaded and led UPMC’s Enterprise Analytics Program, and was responsible for oversight of enterprise systems, including data aggregation platforms, business intelligence tools and master data management. She also spent several years as a UPMC hospital chief information officer.
Lisa has an MBA from Duquesne University and a bachelor’s degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.


Tom Langan is a senior executive with extensive life sciences, payer and data & analytics experience. He has more 25 years of broad-based functional experience in sales, marketing, strategy and P&L management.
Tom leads the Veradigm business unit within Allscripts. Veradigm is the new brand for our Payer & Life Sciences business unit. Veradigm includes our life sciences data & analytics and clinical research businesses, health plan, clinical workflow solutions and Practice Fusion, one of the most widely used cloud-based EHRs for independent physicians.
Previously, Tom has held executive positions at Symphony Health Solutions and MediMedia where he managed their life sciences data, analytics and consulting business, market access and multi-channel marketing solutions. During his career, Tom has served as President, Chief Commercial Officer, SVP of Sales and various business development roles working with payers, employers and life sciences organizations.
Tom received a B.A. in Political Science from Fordham University in New York. He resides in Monmouth County, NJ, with his wife and children.


Joe Rostock is the Senior Vice President of Development and Chief Technology Officer and leads all aspects of the global solutions development organization for the company.
Prior to joining Allscripts, Joe was the Chief Information and Technology Officer at Comscore, where he led the Global Technology and Operations organization, focusing on strategy, innovation, revenue growth, profitability and compliant enterprise management. With Comscore, Joe was credited with delivering Comscore’s strategic technology platform that transformed how the company operates and how its services are delivered, leveraging the combined power of data science and process automation.
Prior to his work with Comscore, Joe was the Chief Technology Officer with Inovalon, where he led the transformation of Inovalon’s product capabilities in support of the rapidly expanding healthcare industry. Reporting to the Board of Director’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Joe had accountability for technology strategy including design, development and management of all product and corporate systems.
Joe also led the development of numerous innovations within the telecommunications sector. As Chief Technologist for the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions, he pioneered the development of software that simplifies the integration of end-user applications with network services. In the same organization, he led the design of a cloud-based federated trust and identity solution.


John Sage, senior vice president of client organization, leads client operations and field intelligence while also overseeing the Outcomes Executive team, focused on maintaining high client satisfaction.
John joined Allscripts in 1999 as a client executive in the company's New England territory. Since then, he has assumed positions of increasing responsibility within the sales and client operations organizations. Before Allscripts, John was responsible for selling anesthesia information solutions to hospitals at Datex-Ohmeda (now GE). He began his career at Versyss, Incorporated, where he was responsible for selling practice management solutions to hospital-based clinics and physician practices.
John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.


As senior vice president and general counsel, Tejal Vakharia leads the day-to-day legal and compliance affairs of the company, as well as the company’s government affairs group and marketing organization. As general counsel, Tejal advises the board of directors and executive management on all legal matters, including those relating to merger and acquisitions, contracts, partnerships, employment, litigation, regulatory affairs, cybersecurity, intellectual property and governance. She continues to lead the company’s global compliance department, which she established, and is responsible for areas such as privacy and security, healthcare compliance, the foreign corrupt practices act, pharmaceutical and medical device regulations, antitrust, health reform and reimbursement. As head of the marketing organization, Tejal also leads the team responsible for portfolio marketing, public relations and communications and corporate events for Allscripts. Previously, Tejal served as senior vice president and chief compliance counsel for Allscripts. Prior to joining Allscripts, she held business, compliance and legal leadership positions at General Electric and Abbott Laboratories, and was an attorney at the multinational law firms of Foley & Lardner and Dentons.
Tejal serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Lake County and is the Chair of the Little Kids, Big Futures Fund, which has provided more than half of a million dollars in grants to nonprofits in Lake County, Illinois, to help fund early childhood education in underserved and vulnerable communities. In addition to being recognized for her problem-solving skills with multiple awards, she has received the Public Interest Law Initiative Distinguished Alumni Award and the Outstanding Corporate Counsel Award from the Chicago Bar Association.
Tejal earned Juris Doctor and Masters in Public Policy degrees from the University of Michigan, as well as Masters in Social Science and Bachelors in Philosophy from the University of Chicago.


Rebecca Whaley is the Vice President of Marketing at Allscripts. She is responsible for managing strategy and execution of corporate branding, marketing communications, content marketing, digital marketing, industry research and engagement that supports the growth of Allscripts. Based in Gainesville, Florida, Rebecca has a long-standing, 15-year tenure with Allscripts, during which she has held leadership roles across multiple teams, including solutions, services and sales. She is graduate of Appalachian State University and proudly serves as a member of the Allscripts Women’s Engagement Committee and the Junior League of Gainesville.
Clinical Advisors
Dr. Jeanne Armstrong has been the chief medical information officer for Allscripts TouchWorks® EHR since 2016. In 2011, she began at Allscripts as a clinical consultant. Dr. Armstrong has more than 17 years of experience as an active physician. Dr. Armstrong has a proven track record of technology change in medical offices, and has successfully helped install, convert and customize many applications, leading to better patient care and stronger information flow. Currently, she contributes to development of policies, procedures and quality control standards. Dr. Armstrong is certified in Clinical Informatics, and holds a medical degree from the University of Indiana Medical School.
A prize-winning hospital doctor, Dr. Anna Bayes has been medical director at Allscripts UK since September 2016. She has 15 years’ previous consultancy experience, including in a variety of capacities on projects for NHS National Programme for IT/Connecting for Health. Before going into consulting, Dr. Bayes served in a series of prestigious hospital leadership positions. Dr. Bayes believes in prioritizing senior management sponsorship as the first step in clinical engagement, ensuring the success of any healthcare organization transformation program or new technology adoption.
Dr. Geoff Caplea is a passionate advocate for the thoughtful use of health IT to achieve health care’s Quadruple Aim. As Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Caplea provides leadership for Veradigm Health, directs the Allscripts health IT safety program, provides clinical leadership for the Allscripts public health emergency preparedness & response team, and champions safety and public health priorities within Allscripts and across the health care industry.
Dr. Caplea is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Caplea has practiced in a hospital-owned, multi-specialty group, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), and private practice. Dr. Caplea received his medical degree from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and his business degree from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
Committed to improving healthcare through technology, Catherine Costa, RN is an AVP in the Client Delivery Organization for Allscripts. In this role, she leads a team of physicians, nurses and pharmacists to support clients with clinical and analytics consulting services.
Prior to joining Allscripts, Catherine was an Innovator in Resistance at the Office of the National Coordinator, Health and Human Services, focusing on patient matching and interoperability. She has also spent nearly 20 years in a variety of technology and clinical roles at AT&T, including as program lead for AT&T’s venture into the enterprise health information market. Her clinical background includes time as a labor and delivery nurse at St. Peter’s University Hospital and experience with oncology patients.
Catherine is a registered nurse and has a Master’s in Technology Management from Steven’s Institute of Technology.
Dr. Joel Diamond, 2bPrecise’s chief medical officer and co-founder, has extensive clinical and technology experience. Formerly, he served as chief medical informatics officer (CMIO) and chairman of the Physician Advisory Board at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Before becoming Allscripts’ chief medical officer for population health, he helped develop dbMotion™ Solution, a solution for population health and health information exchange.
Currently, Dr. Diamond also serves as adjunct associate professor of biomedical informatics at the University of Pittsburgh. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice and a fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians. He continues to care for patients at Handelsman Family Practice in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Kim Franks, Allscripts vice president and general manager of consumer health, joined the company in 2013 as vice president of product management. Three years later, she assumed her current role as vice president and general manager of Allscripts FollowMyHealth®. Before her time at Allscripts, Kim was part of the Springfield Clinic, first as an RN and later as a Clinical Informatics expert. While there, Kim implemented more than 350 physicians on a new EHR, and helped the office convert from paper-based to fully electronic. Kim has also been an oncology nurse at St. John’s hospital, and earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree from St. John’s College.
Ann Gibbons, RN, currently an International Services Sales Executive with Allscripts, is client-focused and believes systems should be clinically led and IT enabled. She joined the company in 2008, as a project manager and director implementing solutions and program manager in development. Her clinical background includes experience in the Clinical experience in ED and ICU. Ann holds a Nursing degree from Grace College, an Indiana co-op with Ball State University.
A licensed OB/GYN with six years clinical practice experience and four in the HIT industry, Dr. Kohlhagen passionate about educating and motivating both clients and colleagues in improving the quality of healthcare delivery. In 2011, she completed a Healthcare MBA with a focus on process and quality improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Dr. Kohlhagen chose to enter the growing Health IT industry because of its potential to improve clinical outcomes through improving data exchange, care coordination and connectivity among caregivers.
Carin Mann brings her clinical background to inform her role as Principal UX Clinician for Allscripts. An RN with 9+ years in a hospital setting, Carin transitioned to healthcare IT to further her desire to improve efficiency among clinicians. She has since tested, designed and product managed Allscripts Sunrise Clinical Manager, primarily focused on Acute and Ambulatory settings.
Since 2011, Debbie has served as an Allscripts Meaningful Use (MU) and regulatory subject matter expert, with a focus on understanding requirements and assisting clients in operationalizing them. Before leading the Sunrise Regulatory team in 2014, Debbie was a manager and consultant for Sunrise Professional Services. She was responsible for leading a team of MU consultants that helped clients prepare for MU2, and led the design for Sunrise implementation and optimization projects.
Debbie has more than 30 years of clinical and managerial experience in inpatient acute care and ambulatory care. Her educational background includes a diploma in registered nursing, a bachelor’s degree in health services management and a law degree.
Paul Minton joined Allscripts in 2006. He initially joined the company as a senior clinical expert. Beginning in 2013, he served for two years as director of product management for emergency department information systems. In 2015, Paul became vice president of product management, and now is responsible for Allscripts hospitals and health systems solutions.
Paul brings more than a decade of experience engaging with health IT solutions from a client’s perspective, as well as more than 25 years in clinical experience. During his first years at Allscripts, he retained his position as clinical systems administrator at the NorthCrest Medical Center in Tennessee. Paul began his career as a medic in the U.S. Army, and received a nursing degree from St. Phillips College in Texas. He also holds a certification in Critical Care Nursing from the University of Tennessee.
In his current role as Chief Medical Informatics Officer (CMIO), Dr. Naqvi leads Allscripts Hospitals and Health Systems for EHR implementations, utilization and clinical outcomes. With More than 15 years with the company, Dr. Naqvi provides clients guidance on acute and ambulatory care, specialty workflows, physician adoption, performance and outcomes improvement, and roadmap planning for digital innovations. He routinely consults with CMIOs, CMOs, CIOs and other leaders at client sites, and works closely with users to improve EHR adoption.
Dr. Naqvi has deep experience in the Clinical Informatics field and has managed clinical documentation, evidence-based order sets and clinical decision support solutions for Allscripts in the past. Currently, he manages a large team that focuses on more complex applications, workflow customizations, analytics and platform engineering domains. Many teams under his leadership have worked on a range of clinical quality and performance improvement projects, including COVID-19, sepsis, hospital acquired infections, etc.
Dr. Naqvi is a passionate public health advocate and has spent a considerable time working with analytics teams to advance descriptive and predictive studies for various population cohorts. He routinely speaks at internal and industry events and has led CMIO workshops for Allscripts globally.
Tom Pasquariello now serves as a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist for Veradigm. In this role, Dr. Pasquariello serves as a thought leader for Clinical Workflow Solutions and Practice Fusion. He also helps manage the Allscripts Medi-Span content relationship and helps troubleshoot client issues for our various EHR offerings. In addition to his position with Allscripts, Dr. Pasquariello is currently practicing at a local hospital in Raleigh, NC, specializing primarily in Emergency Medicine, OBGYN, and Medical Surgical.
Dr. Pasquariello graduated from Campbell University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2008. After serving as a hospital and community-based pharmacist for seven years, he joined Allscripts in 2015.
Dr. Ramanujam (Ram) Venugopalan joined Allscripts in 2009 as a senior business analyst in the Ambulatory space. Since then, he has continued to oversee various ambulatory EHR systems and population management initiatives, focusing on clinical leadership, as well as regulatory and compliance roadmaps.
Previously, Dr. Venugopalan practiced community medicine in Mumbai, India, before entering the healthcare IT field. He holds a master’s degree in Hospital Administration from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and a post-graduate diploma in Medico-legal Systems. Dr. Venugopalan is dedicated to making EHRs trusted and efficient tools for clinician success and to becoming a catalyst in making healthcare smarter.
Board of Directors
Beth Altman has more than 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, management, business development, strategic planning and corporate governance at accounting firm KPMG. Most recently and until her retirement on September 2019, Ms. Altman served as an Office Managing Partner, where she successfully led a team of more than 260 professionals and 23 partners, providing an array of assurance, tax and advisory services to public and private companies across all industry sectors. Additionally, Beth served as the lead audit partner for numerous early-stage, middle-market and large global clients in the public and private markets, predominantly in the life sciences, consumer markets and technology sectors. Since October 2019, Beth has served on the board of directors and on the audit committee of CV Sciences, Inc., which trades on the OTC:QB Marketplace. Beth also served as a board member of the Corporate Directors Forum, a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization focused on helping directors, and those who support them, build more effective boards through continuous learning and peer networking. She also held a leadership position in the San Diego Chapter of Women Corporate Directors, the world’s largest membership organization and community of today’s preeminent women leaders in business.
Mara G. Aspinall is president and CEO of Health Catalysts, an investment and advisory firm dedicated to the growth of new healthcare companies. Aspinall is also executive chairman of GenePeeks, a computational genomics company, and is a member of the board of directors of Safeguard Scientifics, Abcam plc, Castle Biosciences and Blue Cross Blue Shield Arizona. Before joining Health Catalysts, Aspinall was president and CEO of Ventana Medical Systems division of Roche, a worldwide leader in development and commercialization of tissue-based cancer diagnostics. She previously spent 12 years as president of Genzyme Genetics and Genzyme Pharmaceuticals. In addition to running commercial enterprises, Aspinall co-founded the International School of Biomedical Diagnostics at Arizona State University, the first school dedicated entirely to Diagnostics as an independent discipline.

Paul has served on several private company and nonprofit boards of directors for companies in healthcare information technology, healthcare services and consumer Internet marketing. He is currently immediate past chairman and an officer of Truman Medical Centers, a 400-bed safety net academic hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
Gregory Garrison was a senior leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than 20 years, most recently serving as its vice chairman and chief operating officer. He has experience in strategic planning, operations, finance, information technology, mergers and acquisitions, human capital and sales and marketing. Over the course of his career, he also spent considerable time meeting and working with various regulators, as well as advising numerous boards and audit committees. Among other qualifications, Greg brings experience as a successful business and operations leader, professional advisor and recognized financial expert.
Jonathan J. Judge currently serves on the board of directors of FEXCO Holdings Ltd., a global provider of finance and business solutions, headquartered in Ireland. From 2004 to early 2016, he served on the board of directors of PMC-Sierra, Inc., and held positions as chairman of the board and chairman of the compensation committee. From August 2010 until his retirement in January 2013, Jonathan served as the chief executive officer of First Data Corporation, a global leader in electronic commerce and payment processing. Prior to that, he served as the president and chief executive officer of Paychex Inc., a provider of payroll and human services. He also served as president and chief executive officer of Crystal Decisions, Inc. from 2002 until its merger with Business Objects S.A. in December 2003. Previously, he was employed by IBM Corporation, where he held senior management positions, most recently as general manager of its personal computing division. Among other qualifications, he brings 45 years of experience in the technology industry and extensive management, leadership and global operations expertise.

Michael A. Klayko has served as chairman of the board since March 2014. He currently serves as the chief executive officer of MKA Capital, an investment company focused on technology investments. Previously, he was chief executive officer of AOptix Technologies, Inc., a privately held provider of wireless communications and mobile network solutions, and chief executive officer of Brocade Communications Systems, Inc., a comprehensive network solutions provider. He has held executive positions, including CEO, at Rhapsody Networks, Inc., McDATA Corp., EMC Corporation, Hewlett-Packard Company and IBM Corporation. Within the past five years, Michael has served as a director of Bally Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded manufacturer of slot machines and other gaming technologies; PMC-Sierra, Inc., a publicly traded semiconductor company; and several other private companies in the technology industry. Among other qualifications, he brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in the technology industry, as well as extensive experience in the management of worldwide operations, sales and support.
David D. Stevens currently serves as a private advisor and investor in private equity in the healthcare services industry. From 1983 to 2006, he held various executive roles at Accredo Health Group, Inc. (formerly known as Accredo Health 7, Inc.) and its predecessor companies, serving as its chief executive officer, chairman of the board, president and chief operating officer. David currently is a director of Wright Medical Group, Inc., a publicly traded orthopedic company that designs, manufactures and distributes extremity and biologic solutions, and several privately held healthcare companies. During the past five years, he has served as a director of Medco Health Solutions, Inc., a pharmacy benefits management company that was publicly traded before its acquisition by Express Scripts, Inc. in 2012; Thomas & Betts Corporation, a manufacturer of electrical, electronic, mechanical and utility products that was publicly traded before its acquisition by ABB Ltd in 2012; and Viasystems Group, Inc., a leading manufacturer of complex multilayer printed circuit boards and electro-mechanical solutions that was publicly traded before its acquisition by TTM Technologies, Inc. in 2015. Among other qualifications, he brings extensive financial and operating expertise, leadership experience, experience with serving on boards of directors and significant experience in the healthcare industry.

Carol Zierhoffer has more than 30 years of experience in information technology. Most recently and until her retirement in October 2019, Zierhoffer served as the Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer at Bechtel Corporation, where she oversaw the company’s Global Information Systems & Technology organization. Zierhoffer’s responsibilities included Bechtel’s business and technology solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure and operations, innovation, emerging technology and knowledge management for the company’s business lines and projects worldwide. Prior to her time at Bechtel, Zierhoffer served as Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of Xerox Corporation from 2012 through 2013. She also served as Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of ITT Corporation from 2008 through 2011 and Vice President and Chief Information Officer of three Northrop Grumman Corporation sectors – Electronics, Information Technology and Mission Systems – from 2002 through 2008. Zierhoffer was a member of the board of directors, as well as the chair of the information technology committee and on the audit committee, of MedAssets, Inc., from April 2013 through January 2016. Currently, Ms. Zierhoffer serves on the board of directors of Vizient Inc., on the executive advisory board of Nutanix, Inc. and as a founding board member of A Little Compassion, a non-profit company focused on creating opportunities for young adults with disabilities to build a bridge to adulthood.
