Steve Brain

Managing Director, Allscripts U.K.

Steven joined Allscripts in 2015 with nearly 20 years of healthcare IT industry experience in a variety of areas, including product management, delivery, account management and strategy.

Prior to joining Allscripts, Steven led global operations at CSC after overseeing all aspects of the company’s iSoft portfolio and serving as product director for the Lorenzo electronic patient record (EPR). Before joining CSC, he held increasingly responsible leadership and software development positions at Cerner, Torex and IBA Health.

Robert Miller

Sales Director, Allscripts U.K.

Robert leads strategic sales by managing the UK’s new business, bid management and demonstration teams. He works closely with clients to develop practical solutions for complex issues and reach mutually beneficial contracts and agreements.

Prior to joining Allscripts, Robert established the sales and commercial strategy for Clinithink and held a variety of increasingly responsible sales and commercial operations positions at iSOFT Group, including Group Commercial Director and President for North America. Robert has also held management positions with Scottish Software Marketing, IBM and CSL Systems.

Paula Ridd

Professional Services Director, Allscripts U.K.

Paula leads strategic Services and is accountable for every Implementation within the UK, with a proven track record and reputation for successful delivery.

Paula joined Allscripts in 2015 with over 23 years of IT industry experience, in a variety of areas, including business analysis, global product management, delivery, and organisational strategy. Paula joined Allscripts from CSC, where she held a variety of increasingly responsible executive positions in the UK and Globally, including Head of Lorenzo Deployment and Global Product Manager (for the all the healthcare portfolio outside of Lorenzo). Paula has over 14 years healthcare IT industry expertise, primarily in delivery roles.

James Hodgin

Head of Solutions, Allscripts U.K.

Joining Allscripts in 2013, James has experience in many areas of the business including implementation, sales and solutions. Starting his role as Head of Solutions in June 2018, James has responsibility for ensuring the Allscripts solution portfolio meetings to the needs of the market and clients in the UK.

James has a background in Pharmacy, working in the NHS and several major solution providers of medicines management solutions. Joining iSoft in 2009, worked as a project manager and in solution management roles for new market entry systems.

Roberto Anello

Director of Client Organisation, Allscripts U.K.

Roberto leads Client Accounts, ensuring the overall value and long-term success of the Allscripts’ client relationships, ensuring Client satisfaction, owning the Client sales P&L and leading regional Client market strategy.

He joined Allscripts in 2017, with 15 years of healthcare IT industry experience, in a variety of roles with Industry leaders - including the delivery of the NHS National Programme for Integration and Data Migration in London and Southern Clusters, Account Management and Partner Reseller Channels.

Prior to joining Allscripts, Roberto was Sales Director for Nuance Communications for the UK and Middle East and has held Account leadership roles at both Cerner and DXC.
